Resilans is most probably not the provider of the address. Resilans is among other things a Local Internet Registry, with the difference that we administer a lot of legacy Internet Addresses which we have delegated to many providers in the world. These addresses are routed by a lot of different ISP's and used by many companies.

We are more like a county administrative board who registers physical addresses but we do this for IP addresses.

We have no jurisdiction over the traffic or the content to or from that network. What you probably want is the ISP (Internet Service Provider) for the IP address. Below we provide a search tool which you can use to get the correct contact for the IP-addresses.
